DTF transfers bond to virtually any fabric including 100% cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, denim, nylon, canvas, and even leather. Unlike direct-to-garment printing, no pre-treatment is required for dark garments.
Our transfers are engineered to withstand 50+ wash cycles at high temperatures without cracking, peeling, or significant color fading when care instructions are followed (wash inside-out, cold or warm water, no bleach).
We accept PNG (preferred), PDF, SVG, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), and Photoshop (.psd) files. Files should be at least 300 DPI at print size and include a transparent background where applicable.
Absolutely. Gang sheets let you pack multiple designs onto a single large sheet (up to 22×60 inches), maximising print area and reducing your cost per design significantly. Just send us your designs and we’ll arrange them optimally.
Standard orders are produced and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Rush production (1 business day) is available on request for an additional fee. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
We recommend 320–330°F (160–165°C) at medium-to-firm pressure for 10–15 seconds. Peel cold for maximum durability, or warm peel if you need immediate handling. Full instructions are included with every order.
